Horses live in herds, and a herd survives by moving as one. So when a team walks into the paddock, the horse does not see ten people. It sees one body, and it checks whether that body is together.
When the team is coherent, and what its people say, feel and intend line up, the horse joins them and moves. When the team is divided, however polished it looks, the horse stays where it is. Words do not reach a horse. Coherence does.
The day is built around a question your team brings. The team works on foot with the horses through a series of tasks, and after each one sits down to talk about what the horse saw. The day ends with a written report for the team and its leader.

The brief
A conversation with the team's leader to understand the team's question and what it hopes to leave with. We design the day around that question.
The day at the barn
Tasks with the horses on foot. After each one, the team talks about what the horse saw and what they recognised in it.
The written report
Within two weeks, the leader receives a written report: what the horses showed, the patterns the team recognised, and the questions worth taking forward.
The report puts into words what the team lived. Some of it keeps coming back for months.
Does anyone need experience with horses?
No. All the work is on the ground, on foot, with no riding.
Can a larger team come?
Yes. Larger teams come in groups of ten.
Is there a half day?
SARJ works in full days only, because the horses and the work need the whole day.
