Refunds and returns

We keep the time, the horses and the place ready for every person. These terms keep it fair for everyone.

Themed days

• You can move your place to another date, or give it to someone else, free of charge, with at least 72 hours' notice.
• You can cancel up to 72 hours before the day and get 50% back. After that, you can still give your place to someone else.

Private experiences and Living Concepts

• You can move a session free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice.
• You can cancel up to 72 hours before and get 50% back. After that, the session is not refunded.

Team days and organisations

• You can move your day free of charge with at least 14 days' notice.
• You can cancel up to 14 days before and get 50% back. After that, the day is not refunded.

Weather and the horses

If we need to move a day because of the weather or the horses' welfare, we move your booking at no cost.

Shop orders

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it, as you prefer.
• Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, within 14 days of our approving them.
