This policy explains what personal information SARJ collects when you visit our website, book with us or buy from our shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book or contact us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about why you are coming. For a group or family booking, the names of the people coming.
When you buy from the shop: your billing and delivery address and your order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or keep your card details.
When you browse the site: basic technical information, such as your browser and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working well.

How we use it

To confirm your booking and send you the location and what to bring.
To prepare and deliver your order.
To answer your questions.
To send you news about SARJ, only if you have asked to hear from us. You can stop these at any time.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who sees it

Only the SARJ team and the companies that help us run the site and your booking: Shopify, which hosts our store; our payment provider; and our delivery partner for shop orders. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

What stays private

What you share during a session stays between you and the SARJ facilitators. Before a session, you sign a consent form that covers safety and photography. We use photos or videos of you only with that consent.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order records for as long as the law requires, and other information only for as long as we need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@sarj.life and we will reply within 30 days.
