How booking works at SARJ

• Your place is confirmed once you have paid. We send your confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
• You can move your place to another date, or give it to someone else, free of charge, with at least 72 hours' notice.
• You can cancel up to 72 hours before the day and get 50% back. After that, you can still give your place to someone else.

• You can move your session free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice.
• You can cancel up to 72 hours before and get 50% back. After that, the session is not refunded.

• You can move your day free of charge with at least 14 days' notice.
• You can cancel up to 14 days before and get 50% back. After that, the day is not refunded.

If we need to move a day because of the weather or the horses' welfare, we move your booking at no cost. The herd's wellbeing comes first.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. Delivery anywhere in Egypt is calculated at checkout.
