These terms apply when you use the SARJ website, book an experience or buy from our shop. By booking or buying, you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is run by SARJ Training and Consulting, in Egypt. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.

Your place is confirmed once you have paid. We send your confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
Moving and cancelling a booking follow our booking and cancellation terms, which are part of these terms.
Organisations receive a written proposal. The proposal and its payment terms apply to their booking.

All horse work at SARJ is on the ground, on foot. Riding is only part of the young people's programme, where it fits.
Everyone signs a consent form on the day, covering safety and photography, and follows the facilitators' guidance around the horses.
Please tell us before you come about any health condition that might affect you during the day.
Young people take part only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
SARJ is learning and coaching guided by horses. It is never a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds, except SARJ Way, which is priced in US dollars. Prices for organisations are quoted excluding VAT.
Payment is made online at checkout, by card or the other methods shown there. Organisations can also pay by bank transfer.
Living Concepts can be paid in one payment or in instalments. When you choose instalments, you agree to pay each one on the dates we send you.

Delivery is explained in our delivery and shipping policy.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days, as explained in our refunds and returns policy.
Each piece is finished by hand, so small differences from the photos are part of it.
